To obtain baseline results, we extract two feature descriptors: Local Binary Patterns (LBP) and Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) from image blocks, where the image is divided to a fixed grid of blocks. The mat files of these descriptors can be downloaded here: LBP and HOG.
